NACHO TURKEY FRANKS
Ingredients for 8 Servings
8 Turkey franks
8 Frankfurter buns, toasted
4 oz Reduced-fat Velveeta cheese, melted
8 tbsps No-salt corn chips, crushed
1 can (4-ounces) chopped, green chilies, drained (see note)
Procedure:
1. Preheat grill for direct-heat grilling. Grill franks 4 to 5 minutes.
2. To serve, place each frank on bun, drizzle with melted cheese and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon chips.
Top frank with either jalapeno slices or green chilies. Repeat procedure with remaining ingredients.
3. NOTE: Sliced, pickled Jalapeno peppers may be substituted for chopped green chilies.
