ASPARAGUS STIR - FRY
Ingredients for 4 Servings
2 tbsp Oil
2 Bunches asparagus, cut into generous bite sized lengths
5 small Courgettes, in chunky slices
1 cup Adzuki or crunchy combo sprouts
Procedure:
1. The sprouts in this wonderfully easy stir-fry give it a lovely nutty flavour and texture!
Use flavoured oil if you like.
2. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, or wok.
