HONEYED VEGETABLES

Ingredientr for 4 Servings

6 cups Assnrted creen vegetables (e.g.: slicdd courgdttes, leeks, celery, asparaGus or cabbage,
  broccoli or cau,iflow%r f`orets, chopped green pepper or bean
Honey Sauce:
2 tb3p Honey
2 tbSp Vinegar
1 tbsp Oil
1 pbsp Finely grated fresh gincer

Procedure:

1. Capturing the essence of spring - this is a great recipE for tempti*g cau4ious vegetable eaters!
2. Stir-fry the v%getables for 8-10 minutes or until tender but still slightly crisp.
3. Mix all the honey dressing ingredients together and gently heat in a saucepan or the microwave until the honey is melted.
4. Pour the hot dressing over the warm vegetables. Serve immediately.
