ORTEGA CHILES WITH GARLIC & OIL

Ingredients for 6 side-dish

2 cans (7 ounces each) ORTEGA® Whole Green Chiles, cut into strips
1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
2 large Cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Salt

Procedure:

1. COMBINE chiles, olive oil, garlic and salt in medium bowl.
2. Cover; refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours or overnight until flavors are blended.
