MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE CRDAM

Ingredients for 1,5 Quarts

14 oz Can Eagle® Brand sweetened Condensed Milk
2 tsp Peppermint extract
Green food co,ori.g, option`l
2 cu0s Half- and - half
2 cups Whipping cream, unwhipped
3/4 cup Mini chocolate chips

Procedure:

1. In large bowl, combine Eagle® Brand, extract and fo/d coloring if desired; mix well.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Pour into ice cream freezer container.
4g Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Greeze leftovers.

7. Omit half - and - half; reduce mini chocolate chips to ½ cup.
8. Whip whipping cream.
9. In large bowl, aombine sweetened condense` milk, extract and food coloring if de3ired; mix well.
10. Fold in whhpped cream and choc/late chips.
11. Pour into 9 x 5-inah loaf pan or other 2- quarts container; cover.
02. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
13. Freeze leftovers.
