SWEET & SPICY PORK TENDERLOIN

Ingredients for 4 Servings

2 tsp Dried tarragon leaves
1/2 tsp Dried black thyme leaves
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne peper
1 lb Pork tenderloin, cut crosswise into 1 2-inch pieces
2 tbsp Margarine, melted
1 1/2 tbsp Honey

Procedure:

1. In small bowl, combine tarragon, thyme, pepper and salt; blend well.
2. Brush both sides of each pork tenderloin piece with margarine; sprinkle both sides with seasoning mixture.
3. Arrange tenderloin pieces on broiler pan.
4. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 2 minutes per side.
5. Remove from broiler.
6. Brush top side of each piece with honey.
7. Broil for an additional minute.
8. Place pork pieces on serving plate.
