RAJIN' CAJUN TURKEY BREASTS

Ingredients for 4 Serving

6 oz Each turkey breast steaks
2 tbsp Melted butter
2 tsp Oil
2 tsp Cracked black pepper
2 tsp Onion powder
2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dried thyme
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Ground cumin
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper

Procedure:

1. Flatten turkey steaks to ½ inch (1 cm) thickness; brush with butter.
2. In small bowl mix together remaining ingredients.
3. Sprinkle over both sides of turkey to coat well.
4. Heat oil in a heavy bottom skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Cook turkey 2 to 3 minutes per side or until no longer pink. (It will smoke a bit.)
6. Preparation: 5 minutes, Cooking: 6 minutes
7. Calories: 254, Protein: 40 g, Fat: 9 g, Carbohydrates: 2 g
8. For a real taste teaser, serve Ragin' Cajun Turkey sliced or cubed as the crowning touch on a Caesar salad or your favourite crispy green salad.
