MEXICORN TACOS

Ingredients for 6 Servings

1 lbs Ground beef
3/4 cup Water
1 pkg (1.25 ounces) ORTEGA® Taco Seasoning Mix
1 can (11 ounces) Mexican-style corn, drained
1 cup ORTEGA® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1 pkg (12) ORTEGA® Taco Shells, warmed
Toppings: shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, SARGENTO® ChefStyle Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, ORTEGA® Thick & Smooth Taco Sauce

Procedure:

1. BROWN beef; drain.
2. Stir in water and seasoning mix.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture is thickened.
5. Stir in corn and salsa.
6. FILL taco shells with beef mixture.
7. Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese and taco sauce.
