AMERICA'S CUT WITH BLACK AND WHITE SALSA

Ingredients for 4 Servings

1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups Cooked and drained black beans
1 cups 16 ounce cooked and drained black beans
1 1/2 cups Cooked and drained great northern beans
16 oz Can of great northern beans, drained
1 cup Diced tomatoes
3 tbsp White wine vinegar
1/4 cup Chopped cilantro
3 tbsp White wine vinegar
1/4 cup Finely chopped red onion
2 tbsp Chopped jalapeno pepper
2 cloves Large garlic, minced
1/2 tsp EACH salt and sugar
1/8 tsp Ground black pepper

Procedure:

1. In medium bowl, toss together beans, tomatoes, cilantro, vinegar, onion, jalapeno, garlic, and seasonings.
2. Let stand at least one hour to allow flavors to develop.
3. Refrigerate for longer storage.
4. Heat heavy skillet over medium-high heat and brush lightly with the vegetable oil.
5. Pan broil chops, turning occasionally, until cooked to medium doneness, about 15 minutes total.
   Remove chops from pan and serve immediately with Black & White Salsa.
6. Preparation Time: 20 minutes, Cooking time: 15 minutes
