SCALLOP CHOWDER

Ingredients for 5 Servings

2 Onions, sliced
4 tbsp Butter
2 cup Scallops
2 cup Boiling water
1 cup Diced potatoes
4 cup Scalded milk
Salt and pepper

Procedure:

1. Saute onions in butter.
2. Remove onions from pan.
3. Cut up scallops and saute in butter.
4. Add onions, scallops and potatoes to boiling water.
5. Simmer 30 minutes.
6. Add scalded milk and simmer 15 minutes.
7. Add seasoning.
8. Serves 5
