MARSHMALLOW SANDWICH COOKIES

Ingredients for 8 Cookies

1 pkg (18 oz) NESTLE® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Reduced Fat Chocolate Chip Cookie
  Dough or dough from one batch Original NESTLE® TOLL HOUSE® C
8 large Marshmallows

Procedure:

1. PREPARE refrigerated cookie dough according to package directions.
2. If using dough from one batch Original cookie dough, make 16 cookies (bake 9 to 11 minutes).
3. Cool on baking sheets on wire racks for 1 minute; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
4. PLACE marshmallow on bottom side of one cookie.
5. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) power for 10 to 20 seconds or until marshmallow expands.
6. Top with second cookie.
7. Cool for 1 to 2 minutes.
8. Repeat with remaining cookies and marshmallows.
9. Skill Level: Easy
