TRADITIONAL PUMPKIN PIE

Ingredients for 8 Servings

1 x (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
15 oz Can pumpkin
14 oz Eagle® Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk ( NOT evaporated milk )
2 pcs Eggs
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground ginger
1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp Salt

Procedure:

1. The one and only. A traditional Thanksgiving favorite made more delicious with Eagle Brand.
2. Preheat oven to 425°.
3. With mixer beat pumpkin,Eagle Brand, eggs, spices and salt.
4. Pour into crust.
5. Bake 15 minutes.
6. Reduce oven temperature to 350°; bake 35 to 40 minutes longer.
7. Cool.
8. Garnish as desired.
9. Refrigerate leftovers.

11. Sour Cream Topping:
12. In medium mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
13. After 30 mintues of baking, spread evenly over top of pie; bake 10 minutes longer.
14. Garnish as desired.
15. Streusel Topping:
16. In medium mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar and 1/2 cup unsifted flour; cut in 1/4 cup cold margarine or butter until crumbly.
17. Stir in 1/4 cup chopped nuts.
18. After 30 minutes of baking, sprinkle on top of pie; bake 10 minutes longer.
