VALENTINE TARTS

Ingredients for 12 Servings

14 oz Can Eagle® Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
2/3 cup Milk
1 pkg (serving size) instant vanilla pudding mix
4 oz (one half 8-ounce container) frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 oz Packages single serve graham cracker pie crusts

Procedure:

1. For a dramatic garnish, dust these vanilla tarts with chocolate shavings and pile high with curls of white chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate.
2. In large bowl, combine Eagle Brand, milk and almond extract.
3. With mixer, beat in pudding mix.
4. Fold in whipped topping.
5. Spoon into pie crusts.
6. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
7. Refrigerate leftovers
8. *NOTE: To remove tarts from foil pans, brush crusts with slightly beaten egg white (before filling); bake in 375° oven 5 minutes.
9. Cool; remove from foil pans.
10. Fill; chill.
