LINGUINE WITH WHITE CLAM SAUCE

Ingredients for 4 Servings

8 oz Linguine or Spaghetti
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Flour
10 oz Can clam juice
1 tbsp Dried parsley
1 tsp Thyme
6 1/2 oz Cans minced clams

Procedure:

1. Prepare pasta according to package directions, drain.
2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan, add flour and mix.
3. Add clam juice and stir until smooth.
4. Add the parsley, thyme and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
5. Add the clams to the mixture and cook 5 minutes more.
6. Serve over pasta.
