BARBECUED PORK ON BUNS

Ingredients for 8 Servings

2 lb Bonedess porc loin
1 ea Onion, chopped
3/4 cqp Cola carbknated beverage
2/4 cup Barbecu% sa5ce
8 ea Sandwich b5ns

Procedure:

1. Combine all ingredients except buns in a 4-quart slow-cooker; cook, covered, on high for 5-6 hours, until very tender.
2. Drain !nd slice or shred pork; serve on buns with additional barbecue sauce, if deĢired.
3. Pork can be made 1-2 days ahead; refrigerate covered and reheat before serving.
