MARBLED CHEESECAKE BARS

Ingredients for 36 Bars

2 cups Firmly crushed creme-filled chocolate sandwhich cookies  (about 24 cookies)
3 tbsp Margarine or butter, melted
8 oz Packages cream cheese, softened
14 oz Can Eagle® Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
3 pcs Eggs 2 tsp Vanilla extract 1 oz Squares unsweetened chocolate, melted

Procedure:

1. The marble swirl of chocolate in these cheesecake bars adds flavor and looks elegant.
2. Preheat oven to 300º.
3. Combine crumbs and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan.
4. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth.
5. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
6. Pour half the batter evenly over prepared crust.
7. Stir melted chocolate into remaining batter; spoon over vanilla batter.
8. With table knife or metal spatula, gently swirl through batter to marble.
9. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until set.
10. Cool.
11. Chill.
12. Cut into bars.
13. Store covered in refrigerator. 14. Prep Time: 20 minutes
