CRANBERRY CHEESE BARS

Ingredients for 36 Bars

2 cups Unsifted flour
1 1/2 cups Oats
3/4 cup Plus 1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup Margarine or butter, softened
8 oz Package cream cheese, softened
14 oz Can Eagle® Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1/4 cup ReaLemon® Lemon Juice from Concentrate
2 tbsp Cornstarch
16 oz Can whole berry cranberry sauce

Procedure:

1. These Cranberry Cheese Bars look festive and make a great dessert to serve
   your guests at a party or as a tasty treat for the family.
2. Preheat oven to 350°.
3. In large mixer bowl, combine flour, oats with 3/4 cup brown sugar and margarine;
   mix until crumbly.
4. Reserving 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture, press remainder firmly on bottom
   of greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
5. Bake 15 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, in small mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
7. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth; stir in ReaLemon.
8. Spread evenly over prepared crust.
9. In small bowl, combine remaining 1 tbsp. brown sugar and cornstarch;
   stir in cranberry sauce. Spoon evenly over cheese layer.
10. Top with reserved crumb mixture.
11. Bake 40 minutes or until golden.
12. Cool.
13. Cut into bars.
14. Chill.
15. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
