Ingredients for 6 Servings
1 lbs Ground beef
1 pkg (16 ounces) refrigerated mashed potatoes, warmed
1 pkg (1.25 ounces) ORTEGA® Taco Seasoning Mix
1 pkg (12) ORTEGA® Taco Shells, warmed
Toppings: shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, sliced green onions,
SARGENTO® ChefStyle Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, ORTEGA® Thick & Smooth Taco Sau

Procedure:
1. BROWN beef; drain.
2. Add mashed potatoes and seasoning mix; mix well.
3. FILL taco shells with beef mixture.
4. Top with lettuce, tomato, green onions, cheese and taco sauce.
