CALIFORNIA AVOCADO AND CANADIAN BACON PIZZA

Ingredients for 8 Servings

1 Baked pizza (bread) shell (about 12 inches in diameter)
1 tbsp Olive oil
Dried basil
3 oz Canadian bacon, diced (2/3 cup)
1 California Avocado (8 ounces), diced
1 Tomato (8 ounces), diced
Salt as needed
3 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (3/4 cup)

Procedure:

1. Brush pizza shell with oil; sprinkle with basil.
2. Scatter over shell, in order, bacon, avocado, and tomato.
3. Lightly sprinkle with salt.
4. Sprinkle cheese over pizza.
5. Bake at 500û F until cheese melts and lightly browns, about 10 minutes.
6. Cut into 8 wedges.
