LIME-FILLED PASTRY WITH MIXED BERRIES

Ingredients for 10 Servings

1 sheet Frozen puff pastry (one-half 17 ¼ -ounce package)
1 x Egg white slightly beaten
14 oz Can Eagle® Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (Not evaporated milk)
1/3 cup ReaLime® Lime Juice from Concentrate
1/3 cup Sour cream
3 cups Fresh raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and /or quartered strawberries

Procedure:

1. A perfect-as-a-dream bridal shower or any spring celebration is easy yet elegant when you serve this pretty,
   lime cream filled puff pastry dessert.
2. Let folded pastry thaw at room temperature for 20 minutes.
3. Preheat oven to 375.
4. On a lightly floured surface, unfold pastry; roll out into 5 x 10 inch rectangle.
5. Cut a ¾ inch wide strip from each long side of rectangle; cut a ¾ inch wide strip from each short end of rectangle.
6. Set aside the 4 strips.
7. Place pastry rectangle on ungreased baking sheet. Bush with egg white.
8. Lay pastry strips on top of pastry rectangle, aligning outer edges of strips to fit.
9. Brush strips with egg white and sprinkle with sugar.
10. Prick bottom of rectangle several times with fork.
11. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
12. Cool.
13. In medium-sized bowl, combine Eagle Brand, ReaLime and sour cream.
14. Spoon into cooled pastry rectangle.
15. Cover and chill for up to 4 hours.
16. Top with berries before serving.
17. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
