FROZEN CHOCOLATE BANANA LOAF

Ingredients for 10 Servings

1 1/2 cups Chocolate wafer cookie crumbs (about 30 wafers)
1/4 cup Sugar
3 tbsp Margarine or butter, melted
14 oz Can Eagle® Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT EVAPORATED MILK)
2/3 cup Chocolate-flavored syrup 2 small Ripe bananas, mashed (about 3/4 cup)
2 cups Borden® or Meadow Gold® Whipping Cream, whipped (do not use non-dairy whipped toppin

Procedure:

1. Chocolate and banana are superbly blended in this cool and quick dessert.
2. Line 9x5-inch loaf pan with aluminum foil, extending foil above sides of pan; butter foil.
3. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press firmly on bottom and halfway up sides of prepared pan.
4. In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, syrup and bananas; mix well.
5. Fold in whipped cream.
6. Pour into prepared pan; cover.
7. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
8. To serve, remove from pan; peel off foil.
9. Garnish as desired.
10. Slice to serve.
11. Freeze leftovers.
