AMERICA'S CUT IN GINGER MARINADE
Ingredients for 4 Servings
4 ea America''s Cut (1 1/2-inch-thick, boneless center cut pork chop)
2 cups Dry white wine OR distilled vinegar
1/2 cup Sliced green onions
4 tbsp Minced fresh ginger OR 1 tbsp Dry ginger
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Sesame oil
2 cloves Garlic, minced
Procedure:
1. Combine all ingredients in a ziplock bag; seal bag and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.
2. Remove pork from marinade; discarding marinade.
3. Grill chops, over indirect heat in covered grill, for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once.
4. Preparation Time: 10 minutes, Cooking Time: 15 minutes
